EDITORIAL
« I joined the group in September 2008 following a career as a sole HR manager in industrial SMEs, and since then I have consistently supported change, development and growth initiatives, always with the aim of striking a balance between economic and social considerations whilst upholding our values.
What sets Human Resources at Frénéhard & Michaux apart is a constant balance across all areas, helping to ensure the company’s competitiveness:
• A balance between new recruits and internal promotions;
• A balance between in-house mentored training and external qualifying training;
• Balancing individual and collective performance
• A balance between the autonomy expected of our staff and adherence to the established frame;
• A balance between protecting and challenging
• Balancing economic performance and recognition of our employees

Because the value of our company rests above all on the men and women who make up our workforce, Tubesca-Comabi places management and human resources at the heart of its strategy. Our aim: to attract, support and retain talent, enabling them to thrive in the long term. This approach is based on five key principles:

INTERNAL MOBILITY:
UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL
At Tubesca-Comabi, we firmly believe that a successful career is built over time. That is why we encourage professional development, internal mobility and the integration of young talent at all levels of the company.
We actively encourage internal mobility to enable everyone to:

• Developing skills through continuing training
• Gain access to senior roles
• Building a sustainable career
At Tubesca-Comabi, many employees started out in operational roles before progressing to management or expert positions.

Testimonial from Anthony Brouay
« I joined Tubesca-Comabi in 2013 as a temporary versatile operator. Over the years, I have progressed to roles as a line supervisor and then a department supervisor, developing my skills in management and production management. I have been a production supervisor since 2023 and manage a team of around 65 staff members. My career path illustrates the many opportunities for internal progression offered by Tubesca-Comabi. »
